Shuts down in XP

I recently bought a 15" MBP with XP insyalled via Bootcamp. When I unplug the power cord and use the battery in XP, the computer shutsdown. Am I doing something wrong?

Many users have reported that the battery drivers do not work properly under XP. So far there has been no workaround reported. Stay tuned for the next BETA release of bootcamp.
