WTF is wrong with my system Prefs?

i have five icons for Universal Access, it seems kinda odd to me. this happen to any one else?

i had installed application inhancer
it fixed itself with an uninstall and reinstall
no big deal

i have a solution. i read it here somewhere (you should have searched);

you have to clear the cache for the system preferences. I have an applscript which does this so, if anyone wants it - just email me at benjamingreenau@optusnet.com.au
