Brand new OSX Tiger 10.4.6 + OSX T-shirt from Apple ADC

Hey,
I joined the Apple student ADC program and they sent me a new copy of OSX 10.4.6 plus a black OSX T-shirt.

My computer already has OSX Tiger so I don't really need another copy, thus the reason for this sale. The price is $40 plus including shipping for both Tiger and the T-shirt.

EDIT- Price reduced to $40 including shipping.

I seriously doubt it's legal to resell the Tiger that they send to you for free.

If it was illegal I would think it would say not for resale, which it definately does not.

The shirt is still wrapped in plastic so I can't really take a picture of it. It's a black XL with the OSX X on the front.

I'll post pics of what I have in an hour or so.

Contrary to my expectation, I cannot find any explicit mention of a restriction on selling a released piece of software obtained with the student discount, and, as I'm at work, I don't have a lot of time to dig for it. If it's there, I missed it with my 30 second search.

If someone finds evidence that it's not allowed, please PM me or report this thread, and we'll remove that item. If not, the items remain for sale.
