Bulletin Board Software

I want to add a very powerful (feature rich) bulletin board on my web site (like the one here on MacRumors). Does anyone have any recommendations.

I am seriously considering VBulletin, PHPBB or IBP (Invision).

Is there a good web site that has reviews or ratings on this type of software?

Please don't cross post. Anyway, what does this have to do with 'Mac Programming'?
