Converting .ogg and .mpc files?

I have a bunch of songs in the .ogg and .mpc format that I'd like to convert into .mp3 or .acc...or anything really.

I've found players but no conversion tools. I checked Versiontracker and Macupdate as well.

The only program I found close to what I need is mpc2aiff 1.2. But the version doesn't seem to be OS X friendly or the file from Versiontracker is corrupted. It doesn't work.

Any other suggestions?
