Daktari brings "a familiar iApp metaphor to managing files for web sites. Additionally, Daktari provides an html editor for editing the html files of web (site) projects...Commands in Daktari's menus will insert tags for format, content, form elements, and JavaScript, leaving you free to develop the code and content of a web page." The $25 utility runs on Mac OS X.
