the most recent 15 powerbooks and imac g5's are similar in price

i allready have a desktop slower than these i am looking at
but dont really care which one of these to get

what are reasonable prices for each macine?
which one is a more problem free machine ?

I would hang in there until you see a Core Duo 2 iMac 20" on the refurb pages.

Even a MacBook 2.0 GHz refurb with enough RAM would be light years faster than your eMac.

Having a portable is really handy and it might get you through the core wars until you're ready for that Octa Core Tower ;)
