SuperDrive replacement, DVR-104 or DVR-A04?

I need to replace SuperDrive on my Power Mac. But I'm confused as to which Pioneer DVR drive to get because they have DVR-104 and DVR-A04 versions. Does anyone know the difference between the two? Does one work with Power Mac and the other does not?
 
One is a retail box (including bundled software, IDE Cable, driver disk, manuals) and the other is an OEM bulk version.

They are functionally identical and will both work just fine.
