Source Code to PDF

I need to create a PDF from all the source code for one of my Xcode projects, which is comprised of a few other projects. What is the best way to go about this?

Create one file with all of the source code copied to it, then print, saving it to PDF in the print dialog box.

You could learn to use shell scripts with foreach and cat but if expediency is a part of your plan, just use a text editor.
