iPod Include CD Text

What is the "Include CD Text" in the Burning Preferences supposed to do?

I just burned a playlist of my own original songs onto a CD. I was hoping to see the text when I loaded the CD into iTunes on another computer, but I only got a disc called "Audio CD" with numbered tracks and no titles.
 
You should just enable it, it doesn't hurt and if you ever do use the disk in a compatible player its a cool feature..
