OSX versions of these Windows Programs?

I have a device that streams from my windows PC to almost any wireless device but I can't get it to work in OSX and I realized its because I dont have any of the software that it supports.

My three options for streaming are:

Windows Player
Real Player
3GP Media (which I dont have any of.)
WinAmp (judging by its name is probably only for windows)

I can boot into windows but its too much of a hassle.

What is this device? We may be able to help with a bit more information..

RealPlayer is available and if 3GP Player is supposed to be a 3GPP player, I believe that QuickTime supported that media type far longer than anything on Windows did.

Windows Player--what's that?
