iTunes 7 album art problem

As for your issue. The iTunes Artwork Search hasn't been perfected yet. In the meantime, just make sure the information for the CD in your library is exactly the same as it is in the iTMS. If it still doesn't work, there's a website that can fetch the hi-res art for you. Just look around the forums at the countless threads about this.
