Indesign - printing a booklet

I have designed a four page brouchure with Indesign 2.0, i want it to be A4 pages on an A3 sheet with facing pages. (Does that make sense?) I have previously made an A5 booklet successfully but this particular document just wont print how i want it too.
Can anyone help?

When you say 4 pages do you mean like a flyer? Like A3 printed on both sides folded to A4?

If so, it's best to set the document up as singles rather than facing pages and dragging single pages next to each other in the Pages palette and printing as spreads.

whats the pages palette?
