How to transfer Mail/Adium contacts and info?

okay i am getting an intel Mac mini, and i want to transfer all my mail info, like contacts, and messages, i also want to have the exact same adium set up, which means i need to have all my settings and contacts saved, if possible.

Let me know how to do these things,

Yes, it is a 1.42ghz mac mini.
I will be able to transfer stuff to it, i just need the know how as to transfer the mail stuff, and adium stuff, i am guessing that i will have to take stuff from the library's and replace stuff on the new mini?
Please let me know, also is there a way to save your photoshop, should i use the migration assistant, or would that be bad going from PPC to INTEL?

PPC to Intel should be fine, just remember not to go from Intel to PPC.
