Cool Accessories!

I've been developing a cool case for the new video iPod. I need to get a better sense of how Apple approves accessories and markets them, and I'm really hoping that someone here can fill me in so I can make some good business decisions! How do I get a "made for iPod" logo? Do I need to pay a percentage of my MSRP to Apple? Do I get anything for paying royalties to Apple? Do I need to meet specific guidelines or requirements, or codes provided by Apple developers? Would Apple provide me with marketing dollars or commitments? Would royalty be discounted if Apple did the distribution/retailing themselves, as opposed to my selling the product independently?

Any help would be soo fantastic! Thanks!!!
