Is there a way to connect to another Mac over the internet? Like being able to access the computer.

If you have Mac OS X, you can turn on either FTP access or Remote Login, and login and access files remotely over the internet via either an FTP program or a terminal application.

They are both iMac G4's running Mac OS 1.2.
They both have broadband internet access.
