I have always had excellent service, less one time where they left a diagnostic CD in the tray during shipment. It damaged the CD reader. They also repaired the screen for free (something that I hadnt expected) but did it poorly. I returned it and they rerepaired the screen and the CD tray. They never said thank you for return the CD.
3 days, including shipping and return, seems to be the average time for repairs on my rev B iTang.
