Screenshot Shortcut Keys

For some reason non of the shortcut keys for screenshots are working anymore. I have checked system preferences and the shortcut keys are listed as normal. How does this just stop working.

Machine is running 10.4.8

Any help would be appreciated.

there is a way to do screen grabs without a program like snapz pro? tell me more...

Cmd-Shift-3 for full screen shot.
Cmd-Shift-4 for cropsshairs to select screenshot items.

Do they work when you log in as another user (create one if needbe)?

Are they being saved in another place that you havent noticed?

DDEKKER: Apple + Shift + 3 or Apple + Shift + 4 or Apple + Shift + Control then space to choose a window to grab
