My neck

This afternoon, I was laying down on my stomach on the beach when my (hefty) friend sat on me and pushed my head into the sand. I heard some of my back crack.

Now the top part of the back of my neck is all sore. Is there anyway to get rid of this soreness? And is there a chance that this killed some nerves? cause i dont want to get paralyized.

go get an x-ray. Don't take any chances, just go and tell them what happened, and tell them your neck hurts now. It's probably just a sprain, but go find out.
