HI
I just want to get som iChat friends from USA.
Hopefully from New York.
Any tips how I can find someone.
Me myself is from Sweden and i am 22 years old.

Uh....

Not sure if asking for friends on a Macintosh forum is the right way to get friends.

Living in Sweden, I'm sure it's difficult for him to go outside and find some Americans.

There was an iChat/AIM thread somewhere around here, though.

I did not ask for new FRIENDS. I Aks for new friends to talk to on iChat.

Uh.. not sure if being sarcastic is the way to help.

He lives in Sweden, and I'm pretty sure this would pose a problem when looking for American friends [mainly from NY], in his home country.

Ok, so are there any sites out there that allow other .Mac members to find one another. I wouldn't mind playing around with iChat.

Hey aHansson84,

I can't really help you out with your quest, as I am in Baltimore (not NY) and don't have iChat, but I did want to say that I think you have a good idea there. I am trying to learn Spanish, and while I am still WAYYYY to new at it, it would be cool to hook up with a Spanish speaker in chat to practice my Spanish. Good luck in your search.

I'm from Sweden, and i have a AIM-account over iChat.

But you wrote that you prefered an American, and i'm not!
And besides, frankly i don't know what we would talk about!

I've met a few Swedes while on vacations in Playa del Carmen Mexico. I've yet to meet one that I didn't like. Been to Sweden once, for a day as well. Gutenburg (sic?) Nice city and very pleasant people. I have especially fond memories of watching two lovely Swedish girls dancing at a party we had at a bar in Playa last year.
