cd jam in my ibook

So I got a cd jammed in my slot loading 12in ibook. What can I do to eject the cd? I do not want to go to an Apple store to get it taken care of as I have already been there 3 times this week for a mbp issue.

So i did everything I have seen suggested on this site and nothing works.

All i get is the noise of the cd about to eject and then the cd goes back in. Does this mean I have to go to apple to get it repaired?

Last time this happened to me, I applied pressure to the top and the bottom of the iBook around the CD drive. Just press the eject key and press down on both sides of the iBook -- worked for me.
