specifications say:

processor: Intel Core Duo 2 GHz ( Dual-Core )

Someone at play.com dont know the difference between a macbook and a macbook pro. Its most likely they got mixed up.

Still, the "due for release on" part is interesting. But as you say the specs aren't pointing in that direction.

No matter what date a rumor places a new Apple product release, somehow it's always the birthday of at least one MacRumors member

Weired. The titel definitely says Core 2 Duo but the specs say CD. Guess we'll just have to stick around until 11/13/06 to find out, something that most of us will be doing anyway...

i don't think that is anything. it's says Core Duo, not Core2Duo
