I've looked extensively, and have come up empty.

Someone needs to come up with a .ra/.rm to .mpeg/.mov converter utility. Then we could get away from Real alltogether. Bastards.

junk!

real player is such a piece of crap.....always crashed any Mac I've attempted running it on....

wouldn't it make more sense for Quicktime to be the all around player on the web instead?! 😕

while we are talking about media files, does anyone know (in os9 or osx) how to convert a asf file to anything quicktime can use (mov or mpeg or avi). i got a few i cant do without but i dont like having wmp on my machien just for these.

Same for me and RealPlayer files. My guess is that there aren't any converters for either file type. Probably because MS and Real keep their file formats proprietary and changing, thereby preventing people from writing such utilities.

Once again, *bastards*!!!
