iPod Best way to convert Divx to iPod 5.5G Video on Windows?

Hi,

Couldn't find something that clearly answers this... I want to convert Divx movies to 5.5G iPods, at 640X480 resolution. What's the best way to do this on Windows? I would also like to include subtitles with it.
