Seattle Apple Store?

Anyone know of any plans to open an Apple store in the backyard of Microsoft?

As a Seattlite, Apple would be smart by opening one either at Northgate, Southcenter, Alderwood, Or Downtown near Westlake. I mean really, how much longer must we stand for the Computer Store and Micro Computers having no competition.
