iSight on an old iBook with Skype and iChat - Blurry

Just got myself an iSight and I've plugged it in to see if it works on the iBook. It works perfectly, but the weird thing is that it's slightly out of focus when used with Skype, but when used on iChat it's chrystal clear?

Using Skype 2.5 I think or whatever the latest official (not beta) version of Skype is for Mac, downloaded it about an hour ago.

Any ideas?
