Is it possible to convert a sub 1 second .mov file to an animated gif? If so anyone care to help out with how? :)

I think you can do this in iMovie, just import it, and
"share"
"expert"
"mov to .gif"

I think.... :D

See that's what I thought - but I don't have a mov. to .gif option which is what baffled me.

Yeah, I did a quick google but nothing of real use :) Hence why I thought I'd try a Mac help forum ;)

you can export to frames of JPEGS then open them all up in imageready and put them into a .gif.

export > movie to image sequence. mess around with the options until you find something you like.
then you can open image ready and import them "folder as frames"
then save it.

I hope this made sense. :)
