Critique/Help With My Website Title

I'm sure this will be painfully clear but I am not a designer

I am working on a website using a theme: Cutline for wordpress. I tried to customize the title a little bit and I need some advice.

Should I just stick with the default font as a title, or should I use what I did, or just a different font?

How about this? I think I could probably lose the stripes at the top.
