Does anyone know the Brand or product number for the hardrive in a 15" powerbook 1.25ghz? Thanks alot.

Before mine went to the applecare depot (and never came back), it had a hitachi brand 80 gb in there -- 4200 rpm. I think they used a few different brands for that line, though, so I'm not sure that helps. Why do you need to know? If you're just looking to replace it, anything with an IDE interface will do just fine.

With most components, Apple goes with the seller who gives the best price. There's quite a good chance that different people received different brands/models of hard drive over the 1.25GHz 15" PowerBook's life. :)
