a little ISO ...CS2 icons

I'm having a little trouble creating the Creative Suite 2 icons with a transparent background instead of the white box, I currently have Acrobat, Bridge, GoLive Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop in my dock and would love to have either directions or the icons themselves...

What I've already tried, i downloaded the Iconverter and created each of the icons in an PNG format and attempted to convert them into .icns yet that didn't work for some reason...

thanks in advance
