Bookmarks are easy:
Just go Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks. Then File > Import. The file on your windows computer you need is called bookmarks.bak, and it's in C:\Documents and Settings\[yourname]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\profiles\ihfoiudhf\bookmarks.bak or something, not hard to find.
