ieani macrumors 6502a Original poster Dec 20, 2006 #1 Im just curious how much all together(for labor and parts) a 1GB RAM install costs. I tried installing a third party stick myself but one of the screws was stripped during my attempt and I believe it has been glued in. Thanks for any info/help

Click to expand... thanks. i wont bother then. ill just see if i can get the screw out myself somehow or live without the extra GB. $175 plus install is way more than the slight speed increase is worth.
