am planning to purchase dvd writer i hav decided to purchase SONY DRU-820A but in my metropolis all the shops r having SONY DVD RW DW-Q120A(OEM) ,what is the disagreement between DRU-820A and DW-Q120A.

Any suggestions will be appreciated....
