Some Photoshop Elements Q's

Does Photoshop element have the webdesign tools like slicing and all that and things like all the gradients and filters and stuff?

No, the slice and rollover stuff was left out.

Damn! i wanted photoshop for that, but i can't afford the full version

GraphicConverter can make HTML table slices out of an image too, and the price is much closer to earth! You may have to fiddle a bit with the HTML or CSS to make everything display nicely (to force image link borders not to display), but it will do 95% of the work.

[ edit: ought to explain: just adding img {border:0} in the table's scope ought to be enough ]
