RAM for my ibook?

I found this site, memoryx.com and used the compatibility test to find this memory for my ibook g4 (1.42 gHz, 14").

http://www.memoryx.net/mxm9284ga.html

i've actually already recieved the memory, but cannot get it snapped into place. ive had trouble finding a good picture of what installed RAM looks like so i can make sure my module looks the same. it just wont snap fully into place. I'm fairly PO'ed by now as you can imagine...i wanted to max out my memory, but it looks like i might have to drive an hour to the mac store so i dont risk messing up my computer while trying to install this memory. i am as sure as i can be that this is the right memory, but i must not be doing something right.

can somone help so i know if i should return this module and get a new one?
