Does anyone know of a way to prevent the mighty mouse trackball (nipple?) from scrolling sideways. I would like it to STOP THAT because it is too easy to move pages around (on the screen) and it also moves forward and backward to web pages if sideways tracking is applied. It would be nice if it could be made to only scroll up/down. Thanks.

you need to open system preferences, then click mouse + keyboard, then click on "mouse" and one of the dropboxes is scrolling options.
yes, safari doesn't display all pages correctly so i downloaded netscape and GOOD HEAVENS, that is the worst browser EVER. if you scroll left, it goes back to the last page. SO ANNOYING.
maybe the mighty mouse was not a good purchase on my behalf.

Try Firefox. It's the second-most popular browser on Windows so the vast majority of websites look right on it.
