I'm tired of the performance of the Broadcom which is present in the the C2D iMac. The PC I used to have would download in speeds 5 times as high as the iMac will (~2MB/second vs. ~390KB/second). The signal strength of the PC was full, while the signal strength of the iMac is less than half.
So I'm wondering if anybody knows a good 802.11g USB adapter that works well with the Core 2 Duo iMac? Or if Apple is planning on upgrading their drivers or whatever is wrong with it anything soon (which I'm pretty sure nobody knows).
