What is currently the best & most through diagnostic program for OS 10.2.6?

I have Norton, but it won't let me defrag my OS X drive?

I use Drive X and it works great!

I would highly recommend Micromat's Drive 10 - it can take a loooong while to defragment, but in my mind it's being very complete with its job.
