Hi guys,:( :(

I am posting because I do have a problem with my Apple bluetooth mouse. I changed the batteries and now the mouse is connecting to the Mac and it stays connected but it doesn't track.

If I turn the mouse on I see the red LED light slowly flashing on the bottom side and once it connects to the Mac the light goes out and is not turning on again. It is connected so. If I turn the mouse off then the message appears that the connection is lost and I can click and select items (if it happens that the pointer is over an clickable item)

I downloaded a firmware upgrade but that does nothing. If I click on it it doesn't open an app.

Hopefully someone can help!

Cheers

How long have you had it? I had the same problem with on and it was 2 years old and I wound up replacing it.
