this is a link to the article about the Russian billionaire who got arrested...look behind him, how could they miss that, I may be wrong and that thing might just be a figment of my imagination.
 
Certainly looks like a naked breast to me, although I've never quite understood why Americans see this as such a big deal.

It's a man. The defined collar bone to peck muscle is a dead giveaway. Though he is smooth and does have a great tan. He's probably metro. 😉

Speaking as one having been born and raised in the USA, I myself am not really sure why we can be so prudish about the human body.

It's especially odd when you consider just how accessible internet porn is...you mustn't see a breast on TV but type any slang term for breast into google and whahey!
 
I think the dudes with big boobage should have to cover up too. I don't want to have to see that.

You can put me down as another person who doesn't quite understand the problem with a bit of flesh being on display.
