Ok so I wanted to add bluetooth to my g3 iMac, but I don't want an ugly dongle sticking out the side. Would it be possible to mount the adapter inside the case and connect the usb internally? Also would it be possible to use a dock from a logitech bluetooth mouse as a blue tooth adapter?
Thanks.

I don't know how you would add it internally. The Logitech dock is the bluetooth dongle (as well as a charger) so it should work. It is uglier than a standard dongle IMO. It does not seem like a small standard dongle would be that noticeable on a G3 iMac but you are the one who has to be happy. Good luck.
