Time format in OS X?

In OS X the time displays as military time. Is it possible to change it to normal time, ie. 9:00PM rather than 21:00? Anybody know how? thanks.
 
System Preferesnces > International > Time

Click on the 24hr and then back to the 12 hour... that should "fix" this bug that was introduced in the 10.1.3 update causing military time to be displayed

My Clock got flipped...

A while back, my clock got stuck in military time, but I don't think it had anything to do with international settings.

I just went to my date/time preferences, changed something and got it to save the changed result. That was enough to "unstick" it.
 
another related one

this won't mean anything to all you americans but i live in Oz.
all my settings are fine EXCEPT that little drop down date feature on the clock. it insists on using US date format (mm/dd/yyyy)

any suggestions?

System prefs>international>date will give you a drop down box of contries and other options to customize the date format.

yeah, i did that when i set up X.
like i said everything works except that drop down clock. must be a bug.
