iCal default alarm

Is there a way of globally changing the default alarm sound for events and to do's, instead of each time you create a new one?

Also, is there a way to set up an event with two alarms, similar to yahoo calendar? Script or something?

Update:

I found an awesome program called iCal-tAlarmist that takes care of both problems. You can find it here:

http://knowlegistics.com/iCal-alarmist.php

It cost me $4.62 US for a full feature liscence.

To change default alarm sound in iCal under Leopard

To change the default alarm sound, quit iCal, and double-click the com.apple.iCal.plist file in user Preferences. Click arrow next to Root and select Root. Click New Child button. Enter item "Default alarm sound" as a string and then type the name of the sound file under value. Save preference file.

That's it.
