FT: Macbook C2D 2.0ghz refurbished
Ok so I have a macbook coming in the mail and I don't really want it. I got it because my parents offered to buy it for me since I was scammed out of my old laptop.
It is a refurbished stock white macbook With a Core 2 duo 2.0ghz processor, 1gb of ram and an 80gb hd. I Would like to trade it for a macbook pro. I would consider trading for almost any macbook pro. Even if it is dented scratched or has a broken screen. But I would prefer one in good condition. If it helps I can throw in a used 20gb ps3. Also I wont trade this for anything but a macbook pro. I will post pics when It arrives. I would also sell the ps3 by itself. This is still for trade. 1-28-07 Last edited by vanzskater272; Jan 29, 2007 at 08:57 PM. |

Is this the white version? I have a friend that's looking for a MacBook, and I'm pretty sure this would be perfect for him. What price are you looking at(if you're willing to trade)?

Too bad, If you change your mind, I'm sure he'd pay about $1000.

Why not return the MacBook and buy a refurb MacBook Pro. You can get a CD MBP for not too much more than the C2D MB.

Why not save your parent's the cash then and return it? Or ask them to bank the cash until you can work yourself and get yourself what you really want? I don't know about you, but I would have been pleased if my parents rewarded my Naïveté with a new notebook.

Well I would return it and buy a macbook pro but I dont have enough money and then I will have even less for a macbook pro after paying the restocking fee. But if no one wants this I am going to keep it. I was just seeing if mabye someone wanted to trade before I started to use it.

I have a MBP that I might consider trading for your MB. I think the stats are in my sig, but just in case:
15" MBP 2GB RAM (3rd party) 120GB HDD (3rd party) It's in excellent condition, and I still have all of the original packaging. It's been treated regularly with iKlear and the battery is regularly calibrated. What do you think? (This isn't really an offer, I'll have to think for a while before I make a decision)

If you don't open it then you won't have to pay the restocking fee.
