Startup items, do i need apache web server??

I was just going through my start up items and i was wondering if i need some of these things, apache web server, fibre channel(whats this?),remote desktop? maybe they might seem important but i dont host any web site or use remote desktop... can i just remove them?

Yes you can remove them. They aren't really necessary.
If they are needed (whenever that might be) they'll be loaded at a time after startup.
