How to convert FLV files for iTunes?

I have a few videos saved in .flv files and would like to convert them so that they can be saved and played in iTunes. Can someone help me out with how to do this, thanks.
 
thanks, I was guessing that was the answer, but wasn't sure iSquint was the right move.
