Four $79 Products on Tuesday?

According to a couple of reports, there are four $79 Apple products coming on Tuesday.

Speculation points to Shuffle updates -- possibly in a number of colors.

Do you really think the iPod shuffle is such a raging success it needs to be replicated?

Yep.

Rocketman

Or iLife updates.

BTW 4 sameprice placeholders does not equal a news realease and as for the G5, the MacBook Pro 1.0 was the G5. Get over it.

You're invisible?

It would be nice to see iLife and iWork released for 2007. shuffle models in 5 colours + (red) would be interesting.

I'm hoping for iLife and iWork also, New shuffles would be nice, but I won't end up getting on anytime soon.

Hmmm... .Mac seems more reasonable than an iSight... Guess you're right.

hypothetical .mac question

let's say .mac gets updated in the next year sometime. maybe tomorrow...

i just subscribed to .mac yesterday. do all current users get "grandfathered" into any new features or benefits?

Here's my guess:

>iLife '07
>iWork '07
>New Shuffle (higher capacity, I guess?)
>RED (Shuffle)

Yeah, they do.

I don't see why they'd "update .mac" because you get the new features for free if you already have .mac. Perhaps a price drop? I don't know, but it's never that big of a deal when .mac gets an update.
