So ive already overclocked my cpu to 1.83.. now i want to up the video card and possibly a new hard drive. I'm currently using ATI Accelerator.. but..

A) is there anyway i can get more physical vram for my powerbook g4 aluminum.. and

Hi, welcome to MR.
Bumping ones own thread is a minor infraction of the forum rules

To answer the questions
There is no way to change the built in video of an existing Powerbook

There are no 10,000 RPM internal laptop drives, nor 10,000 RPM ATA drives (not that it would be worth it particularly to put a 10,000 RPM drive behing a Firewire interface...)

However, if your machine is a 15" or 17", you have a PCMCIA socket. You can install a SATA interface card in there, and run an external SATA enclosure with 3.5" SATA drives of your choosing (including a 10,000 RPM 3.5" Raptor). Firmtek, Sonnet, Wiebetech and LaCie have options (although LaCie has discontinued their PCMCIA card)

The 12" Powerbook does not have a PCMCIA socket.
