Simple Way to Do Unix/Terminal Commands in Cocoa?

Is there one? Please help me again

You probably want to use NSTasks, with NSPipes and NSFileWrappers to do bi-directional communication, if required. Have a look at the docs for those and I think there's some example code.
Go outside, the graphics are amazing!
