Toast 7 compression rates - adjustable?

Howdy Folks:

Pardon if this is not the best place to put this

can compression rates on Toast be adjusted

So far I can only get about 2.5 hr of program on one disc - comes out to 3 episodes - can this be adjusted to accept more program?

im assuming you are working with video files and want them burned to dvd.

if you have formats - dvd-video selected, in the options area you can choose custom encoding and adjust the bit rate to fit more on the disc. youll be losing quality though.

you could also use a dual layer disc to hold more video on the disc.

About the dual layer disc - I will need a dual layer burner no? to burn on a dual layer disc
